Acroyoga Skills Practice Flow
Featuring super base David Ung (search Acro Yoga With Super Dave). This flow is packed with a lot of the skills and washing machines we wanted to brush up on. It took me quite a few attempts to get this sequence down, but now we're using it as our warm up / conditioning when we get together to practice.

Nailing it is rewarding, but failing it is just plain fun!
what are the poses?
Where do you have classes? What city or town? Which state? Thank you.
Love it. ❤️
Looks so easy but for me really really always falling down when i try to another transition 🤣
Fun sequence :)
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuq yes guys love the flow!!!
Loveeee it
This is not remotely beginner
This is ‘showing off’ and you’re very good at it but this is NOT beginner Omg
"beginner"
Baby noob!
Baby blog!!
How the heck is this for beginners??????? I am an AcroYogateacher and there is maybe 5% beginner friendly stuff in here. Anything thst is not static postures isnt for beginners. Beginners always should have a 3rd party to spot and make sure everyone is safe. This is intermediate stuff! Take the "beginner" out of your title please.
These poses and transitions are not so difficult actually. A lot of them are very natural and easy to do. Also, what many people are missing, is that acroyoga is not just about acrobatics, but also about yoga. If you do yoga for several months, it is easy to start doing acroyoga.
Still to do all this one needs a basic understanding of the foundations.
Beginner??????? LOL
Nope!
Why is she bending over to go h2h into the beginning bird? I've been taught that the flyer is supposed to keep her body stiff like a board, and that it's the base's job to bring her hands down to their hands, via the 'squat'. Her bending makes loose form right off the bat.
Correct. Keep doing what youbare doing.
So if not beginner which sequence is this?
Its intermediate
Trop parfaits pour des débutants!
this is not a beginner sequence!!!!
How to be a great baser
Awesome!!! Great basing
It's crazy to post this as beginner!
Anyone who sees this video as for beginners, could get easily demotivated, me for example :(. No, just kidding. Two months and have done half of these positions, even being 1.80 meters, which is not a normal height for acrobatics.
@@brendasaller True. Me (200cm) and my wife (173cm) are both not super fit and trained for about 4 months roughly once a week. We can do most of the positions too. Flyer, Whale, Shoulder stand, straddle throne and so on. Also the transitions, even if they are not that smooth looking yet. So this is definitely for beginners. Maybe not for a first session, but it is something to work up to as the positions in themselfes are most pretty easy to achieve and dont demand that much strength or special skills when done right.
that smile with the thinker pose made my day : D :)
The pops don't seem super beginner to me ;)
Really nice moves!
Love it!!! 💙💚💛💜
